#2 How would you describe your music?It revels in darkness but relates to a resolution in light. I want to inspire a feeling of control and calm in the listener by using minimal instrumentation and cyclical forms. It,s meant to be accessible and smart, to draw smiles and to wet people's sexual desires. Bluntly; it,s dirty bass matched with simple old school beats and soft, melodic, perverted vocals.
#3 Why the name BEDROOM EYES?I just love the moment when two strangers, or old friends, or new friends, or old lovers, connect with bedroom eyes. It,s simply one of my favorite exchanges between two people. I just adore it. It communicates a sense of vulnerability while at the same time mutually accepting their fate.
#4 How many recordings/re-writes till you,ve struck gold? Any day now.
#5 Where do you get your inspiration from? Constant improvement, curiosity, finding my truth, sharing moments live. Women. . . I could,t stop writing and playing if I tried... the genius reveals itself to me too often to ignore so I am always just working it out with her and I love sharing that with people willing to listen. Listening.
